I am people-focused Creative leader of best-in-class teams that are concept-forward, strategy-driven, and data-informed. I provide creative vision to align multi-discipline Creative teams locally and globally, using storytelling to engage fans and convert customers into loyal brand advocates.

Leading internal teams and directing external agency partners, I direct design, copy, illustration, motion graphics, animation, video, and 3D for a wide range of mediums, including digital, mobile, print, OOH, broadcast, events, and publications.

Refining a Creative Brief with research and strategy, initial ideation is led by customer insights and iterations are improved by performance data. The result is inspired creative excellence that is true to brand and optimized to get results.

As an ego-free leader, I collaborate to produce successful creative solutions that perform. As a consultant or direct hire I provide creative vision and leadership for multi-discipline teams to collaborate locally and globally.

Following industry best practices to support accessibility, creative excellence can be enjoyed by everyone. Font size, line spacing standards, and appropriate contrast ratios ensure that people of all abilities can engage with campaigns and content.

A Practical Guide to Inclusive Marketing is a website built by a focused team at Firewood Marketing to guide clients and marketing professionals to produce inclusive and accessible work. A few thoughts on Generative AI

From Chat GPT to Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Shutterstock, and others, I’m finding ways to apply generative AI to the creative process. Used strategically these tools can save time, kickstart ideation, or up-level the quality of comps and storyboards. As rights-released image creation becomes real, AI will make creative teams stronger.
